Breast Pump Returns

Breast Pumps are considered a personal hygiene product, and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal on the box has been broken. If your product is not performing as expected, we defer to the breast pump manufacturer’s customer service department for help. Here are their numbers for your convenience:

Shipping a Return

To return your product, please call 617.224.4060 and we will assist you with the return process. Product(s) should be sent to: 277 South Street, Suite 1 Walpole, MA 02081. A RAF (return authorization form) will be provided to you by our team once approved. Please do not sent any products with the RAF, they will not be able to be accepted.

Unless an item is damaged or we processed your order incorrectly we have a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be within 30 days.
